Update [11:00PM, Sun., Aug 11, 2019 PST]:

Low cloud cover gets thinner with high ceiling height and surface visibility except around 72 °N and around 74 °N.

Update [4:00PM, Fri. Aug. 09, 2019 PST]:  

Low cloud over the 150 °W. Surface visibility and ceiling height are low north of 73.5 °N. Surface temperature slightly below 0 °C. At 150 m, wind speeds are between 20 and 30 knots. 

The 150 °W is between a low pressure system to the east and high pressure to the left. As a result, it is mostly under northerly winds. Stratification is weak. Strong low-level winds.
