Kay Runciman

Kay Runciman develops scientific computer programs and interactive web pages, preforms data analysis and numerical simulations for research scientists at the Polar Science Center. She is versed in Fortran, C, IDL and Matlab. She graduated from the University of Washington with a BS in Mathematics in 1987. She has been at the Applied Physic Laboratory since 1980. She moved to the Polar Science Center in 1987.


The Polar Science Center is a group of dedicated investigators conducting interdisciplinary research on the oceanography, climatology, meteorology, biology and ecology of the ice-covered regions on Earth and elsewhere in the solar system. Learn more »
